Many times after an exhausting day we arrived with sore feet, tired legs and a great general fatigue. What we can do to improve, there are a series of very simple exercises, before the foot massage.
To do the exercises we sat on the floor with legs outstretched, palms flat on the floor with the fingers back, feet relaxed (can also be done sitting in a chair):
-feet going to stretch the fingers leading to the front and then forward to the toes to stretch it 5 times.
-apart legs a bit we made circles with your feet to the side 5 times and then the other 5 times.
-now draw circles from the center out 5 times and outside-in 5 times.
-legs finally shake to loosen.
These simple exercises elongate the back muscles of the legs, loosen the joints of the ankles, eliminate and prevent the accumulation of toxins in the area.
then proceed to massage the feet and can use some oil, for example, almond with lavender and rosemary, or a cream we have at home for the body, placing one leg flexed on the opposite thigh and massage the entire foot, each toe stretching and turning to one side to the other smoothly, too arch, this massage is important since in the soles of the feet and internal and external faces is reflected throughout our body, we can extend the massage to the knee by improving circulation in the area, repeat on the other foot. And now to rest!
